Two: While it is important to select a popular niche, it is equally important to choose a niche with high monetizing factor. One of the reasons many website flippers fail is because they do not bother checking whether a niche has feasible monetizing factor and if a site is difficult to monetize, there is no way you can sell it at a high price.

Three:  The quality of your content could increase the value of your website significantly. Website containing poor content tends to be ignored by potential buyers and if you want your site to fetch a high price, you need all the attention you can get. And no better way to drum attention than to create content that addresses your target audience’s wants and needs, providing solutions to their problems. If you do this, you will generate targeted traffic, which is exactly what most buyers are looking for on a website.

Four: Often, many website flippers do almost everything right with their respective products. However, when some sites are high in demand, flippers tend to jack up the price to generate more profits. Yes, there are times when risky moves like this are successfully done but often, it just makes buyers lose interest in such deals. You need to set a reasonable price for your websites if you want to get as much offers as possible.

Five: The appearance of the website is the first thing that buyers pay attention to so it is important that you create an aesthetically appealing site with excellent features. Poorly-constructed sites are very hard to sell to buyers.
